1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Voxio Studio ("Voxio Studio," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the AMORIAH mobile application and the amoriah.love website (together, the "Service"). AMORIAH is a dating service for adults.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us:

• Account and profile details, your name, email address, date of birth (used to confirm you are 18 or older and to show your age), gender and the gender you are interested in, photos, your city or general location area, and the intentions, interests, and other details you add to your profile.

• Verification data, a short live selfie (a "face scan") that you record to verify your identity. See "Facial Verification and Biometric Data" below.

• Content and communications, messages you send to other members, and reports, feedback, or support requests you submit to us.

Information we collect automatically when you use the Service:

• Usage information, the features you use, profiles you view, matches, and actions you take in the app.

• Device and technical information, device model, operating system, app version, language, device identifiers, and diagnostic or crash data.

• Approximate location, used to set your city and show approximate distance to other members. We do not display your precise location and do not share it with other members.

Information we receive from third parties:

• Sign-in providers, if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information (such as your name, email address, and profile photo) according to the permissions you grant. See "Google Sign-In and Google User Data" below.

• Purchase status, from the Apple App Store, Google Play, and our payments partner RevenueCat, we receive your subscription and purchase status so we can unlock paid features. We never receive your full payment-card number.

3. Facial Verification and Biometric Data

AMORIAH helps keep the community authentic by verifying that members are real, live people. To do this, we ask you to record a brief live selfie (a short video and series of images of your face), which we process using Amazon Web Services (AWS) facial-recognition technology to confirm that you are a live person and, where applicable, that you match the photo on your profile.

Purpose and consent, we collect this face-scan data only to verify identity, deter fake or duplicate accounts, and help keep members safe. We ask for your consent before the scan. Identity verification is part of how AMORIAH works, so if you choose not to complete it, some or all features of the Service will not be available to you.

How it is handled, the face-scan images are used to perform the verification check and to produce a result (for example, "verified"). They are not shown on your public profile, are not shared with other members, and are not used for advertising. We do not sell biometric information.

Retention, we keep the face-scan imagery only for as long as needed to perform and re-check verification and to prevent abuse, after which it is deleted or de-identified; we retain the verification result and limited safety records associated with your account. Where a specific retention period is required by law, we follow it.

Your rights, depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding biometric information, including the right to withdraw consent or request deletion. Contact us at [email protected] to make a request.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create, secure, and manage your account and provide the Service;

• Verify your identity and keep the community authentic and safe;

• Suggest potential matches and enable messaging between members;

• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, spam, and violations of our Terms;

• Process subscriptions and provide customer support;

• Send you service-related messages and, where you have opted in, push notifications;

• Improve, personalize, and develop the Service; and

• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

5. Google Sign-In and Google User Data

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares a limited set of profile information with us, typically your name, email address, and profile picture, based on the permissions you approve. We use this information only to create and secure your AMORIAH account and to sign you in.

AMORIAH's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it or transfer it to others except as needed to provide and secure the Service, comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition as described below.

You can disconnect Google from your account at any time in your Google Account security settings, and by deleting your AMORIAH account.

6. How We Share Information

With other members, your profile information (such as your name, age, photos, city, and the details you add) and the messages you send are shared with other members as part of using the Service. Please do not include anything in your profile or messages that you would not want others to see.

With service providers, we share information with vendors who help us run the Service under contracts that limit how they may use it, including: Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting, and push notifications), Amazon Web Services (identity and face verification), and RevenueCat together with the Apple App Store and Google Play (subscriptions and purchases).

For legal and safety reasons, we may disclose information to comply with applicable law or lawful requests, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our members, the public, or Voxio Studio.

In a business transfer, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

7. Your Choices and Rights

• Access and update, you can review and edit your profile information at any time in the app.

• Delete your account, you can delete your account at any time from Account settings in the app, or by using the account-deletion page at amoriah.love/delete-account. Deleting your account removes your profile from the Service, subject to the retention described below.

• Permissions, you can control device permissions such as camera, location, and notifications through your device settings.

• Regional rights, depending on where you live (for example, the EEA, the UK, or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us at [email protected]; we may need to verify your identity first.

8. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain it (for example, for safety, fraud-prevention, or financial-record purposes).

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please help protect your account by keeping your password confidential.

10. Children

The Service is for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it and terminate the account. If you believe a minor is using the Service, contact us at [email protected].

11. International Data Transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you live, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy here and in the app and revise the "Last updated" date above, and where required we will notify you. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
